Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in an industry or academic research lab, and taking research from concept to product.
  • Experience with Computer Vision/Machine Learning conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Object Recognition and 3D Reconstruction.
  • Experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team composed of Research Scientists and Software Engineering experts in the field, and be part of a project focused on 3D scene and object understanding.
  • Develop innovative computer vision and machine learning technology for applications in the field of augmented reality and beyond. 
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders and keep recurring updates on the advancements of the project, making sure that the expectations of the customers are aligned to the engineering work being done. 
  • Carry out novel research that gets published at conferences/journals in the computer vision/machine learning field.
