Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Product Management and Development at a semiconductor company.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in connectivity, ambient computing, low power sensing, and/or multi-device consumer ecosystems Network Connectivity, Low Power Computing, Firmware, Android, Sensor Fusion, Sensor Technologies, Machine Learning Familiarity with mobile operating systems and SW application development life cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ambient and multi-device experiences roadmap strategy in collaboration with engineering, Device PMs, Software PMs, Silicon PMs, and Research to create true differentiation in first-party devices. 
  • Partner with product teams across Google to understand their goal, objectives, and opportunities for alignment.
  • Evaluate applications, use cases, proofs-of-concept, technologies and standards, and advocate for/against adoption based on system-level and use-case considerations.
  • Drive early and ongoing alignment between engineering and Product Management, SW, and Research teams.
  • Establish relationships with health sensors and solution partners to develop in-depth knowledge of capabilities and roadmaps.
