Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with advanced experimental designs, including A/B testing.
• Experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantitative support, market understanding and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to identify growth and quality opportunities for the product.
• Work with large data sets and solve non-routine investigative issues, use problem-solving and statistical methods to the issues to measure quality, improve consumer products, and understand the behavior of end-users.
• Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
