Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in business or media analytics, consulting, financial analysis, or another quantitative field
  • Experience in packaging and pitching solutions, engaging and influencing customers, in sales and cross-functional/cross-business area teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or business development, strategy/operations, data science, or analytical specialist team management
  • Experience consulting with large enterprises to influence strategic changes in their resource and budget allocations
  • Experience developing business growth streams
  • Ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders internally with attention to detail
  • Ability to think with an entrepreneurial focus, take on complex/ambiguous topics, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, analytical skills, and organizational skills with excellent business acumen

With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

In this role, you will work with our customers in the global Apps and Games ecosystem to help them grow and expand their business across each region. You'll lead and mentor Specialists to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a mobile app-focused Customer Specialists team across the EMEA and America regions.
  • Engage with App Development’s global leadership team, external industry teams, and executive stakeholders. Work with cross-channel stakeholders to accelerate the EMEA and America regions’ app growth.
  • Lead a cross-region team within Sales and cross-functionally with other Specialists, Product, Marketing, gTech, Online Partnership Groups, and other teams to build solutions and narratives. Create key insights that address drivers and opportunities (e.g., building scalable playbooks, sales narratives, technical solutions, etc.).
  • Establish the frameworks and processes for incubation and customer testing of scalable initiatives.
  • Create the structure to deploy solutions at scale among customers, working directly with end customers together with Sales and Regional Specialist teams, App Development Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams.
