Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a project management role at a management consulting firm or investment bank, or experience in a corporate role focused on advisory.
  • Experience analyzing datasets and deriving and communicating insights to influence business strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with sales or sales teams at high-growth technology clients.
  • Experience partnering with data science teams, developing predictive models, and managing data sets.
  • Experience in manipulating data sets using SQL.
  • Experience managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Impeccable business acumen, along with a natural inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.

As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the business by re-imagining every aspect of our business. You will drive improvements in incentives, customer segmentation and prioritization, engagement strategy, product engagement, and organization design.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key changes to Sales team programs, including detailed design, and execution of changes required to achieve future state objectives.
  • Drive key analyses to support or refute design choices and measure overall business impact of proposed changes.
  • Execute pilot tests including on-boarding testers, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating outcomes against success metrics.
  • Launch and land changes to sellers at scale by creating and adapting sales communications and trainings.
