Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience with one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, or Python.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working directly with Internet products and technologies.
• Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
• Experience planning for and managing several large-scale, interrelated, complex technical projects and coordinating technical project team members to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare, bioengineering, payments, banking, or machine learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and business negotiation skills.

As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will provide end-to-end technical and operations support for partners of the gTech Users and Products team. You will influence product strategy for local markets and help the Product team and partners identify technical resolutions in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
• Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration, both new and ongoing, by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
• Understand operational workflows, identify and define tool needs to enable operational scaling, and drive the development and deployment of these tools with Engineering.
