About the job

At Google, data drives all of our decision-making. As a part of the Business Intelligence Team, you'll be using data to inform business and product decisions across the company. When a feature on one of our products -- from Google+ to Search to YouTube -- gets tweaked, you’ll work with finance and engineering teams to measure the impact of that change. Using your technical skills and business acumen, you’ll build tools to automate reporting and dashboard updates so clients can see quickly and accurately how projects are performing. You’ll be involved from project inception to report design through to data delivery, ensuring that your reports are delivering high-quality and relevant data so that our business can grow intelligently.

Google was founded to organize the world’s information, and the Online Partnerships Group (OPG) plays a pivotal role in Google’s mission, by enabling creators to fund their content by showing advertisements to users. In offices around the globe, we foster and celebrate an environment where all team members feel included, respected, welcomed, and inspired.

Our group partners with web publishers, app developers, and channel partners to grow their businesses using Google’s portfolio of products, including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. We offer a solutions-based approach across advertising, analytics, and site or app design, and pride ourselves on finding opportunities for our partners to better engage users and advertisers. Many publishers and app developers leverage our products and solutions to grow their businesses. The Publisher Intelligence team is the core data science and insights team of the function.

Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate findings from data and analyses to executive stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible.
