Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, and/or digital marketing
  • Experience with content creation and campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-product organizations that sell into the IT audience
  • Experience working with agencies and managing budgets
  • Experience working at a global scale across regions (e.g., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM), Asia Pacific (APAC), North America)
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment similar to a high-technology startup
  • Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) growth models and best practices for funnel optimization

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you’ll drive high-impact campaigns to build awareness and reach our demand generation objectives for Google Workspace on a global scale. You’re a creative marketer and storyteller who translates product value into solutions that speak to and resonate with specific goal audiences and come to life through various marketing channels. You’ll create the core bill of material (BOM) and assets, define the launch and campaign strategy, outline key performance indicators.

You'll collaborate between other marketers, including product marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations. You’ll work with campaign analysts to measure and analyze results, report on campaign performance and metrics to marketing and sales leaders, understand data and insights to inform future iterations, and focus on building scalable processes and solutions for more effective and repeatable execution. You'll also work cross-functionally with business enablement, business development, promoters and account managers, partners, and customers.

You'll bring people and teams together, proactively identify issues, and working across teams to remove roadblocks to timely campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Create the narrative around solutions selecting customer personas and audiences. Test creative marketing approaches to identify high return on investment activities.
  • Research and create messaging frameworks for goal audiences and segments. Create content and assets (e.g., emails, webinars, etc.).
  • Define the strategy, and build and launch global campaigns. Analyze campaign performance to inform future iterations and investments.
  • Organize work streams and milestones, gain buy-in across stakeholders.
