Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, leading product delivery from inception to launch and maintenance.
  • Experience with customer-facing Product Manager roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce.
  • Ability to collaborate without direct authority.
  • Excellent communicator with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills and desire to figure out what needs to improve.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze diagnostics errors for merchants and identify common pathways that produce greater friction.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to evolve solutions to reduce problems merchant are facing following product data uploads.
  • Establish and improve ways to track merchant experience in different segments and across different upload channels.
  • Work closely with partner teams dedicated to data upload and reporting to share insights and ensure their contributions fit within the overall flow.
  • Keep track of developments and results and initiate iterations for continuous improvement.
