Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership, building, and shipping technical products.
  • Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design discussions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in people management and technical leadership.
  • Experience in the education/edtech industry and developing consumer products.
  • Technical knowledge of AI/ML and language technologies.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Comfortable working in iterative design environments and managing design decisions through experimenting and analysis.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define an AI-first goal for Learning on a Google courses platform and gain buy in from leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create a product strategy that optimizes for innovation, customer impact, and speed of execution in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Build the PM organization at Qwiklabs, while managing complex and highly visible relationships with internal teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other functions to ship industry-leading experiences that set the market standard for AI-powered education.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate key metrics and customer feedback to identify performance and areas for improvement.
