Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience driving regional channel business growth, recruiting, developing, and growing reseller partnerships.
  • Experience working in a partner management or partner sales role.
  • Experience with AI products and cloud solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience growing impact from a portfolio of partners ranging from agile partners, system integrators, or managed service providers.
  • Experience presenting to multiple audiences including leadership and C-suite teams.
  • Experience working with data and cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs), Managed Service Providers (MSP), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the Cloud ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be in charge of building Google Cloud Solutions practices with select Google Cloud partners in the System Integrator, Reseller and Consulting ecosystem. Your objective will be to lead the partner ecosystem in Google customer acquisition and transformation of their existing technology landscapes to leverage the power of Google GenAI, including the extended suite of Google’s Data and Analytics and AI capabilities. You will support the development and scale of use cases using Google Cloud, ISV and open source products. You will manage all aspects of the partner business and development life cycle, partner recruitment, strategy development, partner activation, business management, and closing partner business opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans for North America geographical regions.
  • Drive executive connections with regional business leadership and partner leadership, including partner value propositions.
  • Manage partner business performance, map partner capabilities/priorities with Google's goals and strategies to meet goals, and drive quarterly business reviews with managed service partners and leadership.
  • Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services, develop and provide custom presentations on Google’s Cloud Platform technologies to partners to help them scale.
  • Build a partner sourced pipeline, nominate partners to receive inbound/outbound leads, and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health.
