Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15 years of experience in partner programs, partner Go-To-Market, or product advisory at an enterprise software or cloud company.
  • Experience working with external partners and driving technical projects.
  • Experience with the cloud market, Data and Analytics, and AI/ML solutions and products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Master's degree, or PhD in a technical field.
  • Experience collaborating with cloud partners.
  • Experience delivering product business growth through partners globally.
  • Experience building ecosystem strategy and business plans, and landing new product launches within partners.
  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the Cloud Ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with all parts of a product lifecycle.

As a Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Data and Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI product, and solution lifecycle from product team advisory to buildout of ecosystem strategy and scalable solutions/business plans that enable partners to fully utilize Google technology.

In the role, you will help define and execute the partner product and solution GTM strategy for Data and Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI, in orchestration with product teams, partner stakeholders, and the field. You will develop partner relationships to bridge partner product GTM, product development, and strategy both internally and externally. You'll drive complex Data and Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives as a subject matter expert, thought leader, and partner advocate capable of optimizing for outcomes and achieving strategic priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000-$286,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Partner Program Leaders, Data and Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI Product and Solution Organizations to execute across the end-to-end product lifecycle in lockstep with the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify technical dependencies and partner roadblocks. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve, lead, drive, and deliver strategic initiatives across the Global Partner Ecosystem team.
  • Develop in-depth, collaborative relationships with strategic Google Cloud partners to provide product design strategy and improve end-to-end product and solution lifecycles.
  • Develop a goal and strategy for Partner Product GTM that is coordinated and aligned across multiple departments and organizations.
  • Improve the Partner GTM functions, with subject matter expertise and technical advisory in strategic solutions.
