Job Description

Duties: Identify, triage and direct resolution of software issues in production and lower environments to ensure minimal customer impact. Perform detailed data analysis to develop key reporting using data wrangling satisfying key internal control points. Write technical stories for software developments teams to document business requirements and acceptance criteria, including detailed interpretation of regulatory obligations. Write and execute test scripts to match design requirements with produced software results, supporting User Acceptance and Production Validation Testing. Lead and participate in agile acrum ceremonies to ensure product demands are understood from development partners and deliver according to published timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field of study plus One [1] year of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Microsoft DevOps; agile development method; PII; metadata; data management concepts, including Data Quality, Data Governance, Reference Data; Visio; SharePoint; SQL; queries; Conducting analysis on large sets of data; and data analysis.

Job Location: 10 S Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60603. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
