Job Description

You would be part of the Global Business Intelligence team which works in a blend of strategy, technology, data analytics, and execution with a key focus on defining data-driven analytic solutions for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, you will focus on partnering with marketing and digital teams and work across multi-channels to identify key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track and, deliver intelligence solutions in the hands of the stakeholders. You will create, coordinate and execute on our strategic priorities across marketing, analytics, and technology.

Job responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert of marketing channel business intelligence
  • Shape business questions/processes into solid data use cases
  • Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to develop and optimize reporting solutions / processes to streamline data collection and analysis
  • Work with technology teams to define data strategy and build data models, including data lineage and governance exercises
  • Enhance data literacy across the organization, partnering with Marketing stakeholders to deliver timely, prescriptive, and actionable insights that inform decision-making processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Masters in business analytics, data science or related fields. Relevant experience in roles within data visualization & marketing analytics for asset management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with coding experience (Python, Pyspark and SQL) and data visualization tools like Qilk Sense
  • Experience in digital/marketing analytics preferred. Digital, social media, web, and marketing analytics mindset
  • Experience developing KPIs. Comfort in working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data
  • Comfort working in agile product teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, requirements and timelines by utilizing problem-solving skills
  • Proactive communications and positive attitude to manage stakeholder satisfaction
