Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Corporate Oversight & Governance Technology team to lead and manage the AIML strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership abilities in program management, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions for scalability and data-driven decision-making. This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to plan, organize and execute a portfolio of AI/ML projects and oversee the deployment of AI capabilities such as generative models, natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the AI/ML, aligning with overall business goals and objectives
• Oversee end-to-end program execution management, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives/solutionson time and within budget
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to drive the development and deployment of high-impact solutions for multiple businesses
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML projects, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed to minimize disruptions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and ethical standards of AI/ML solutions
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation
• Ensure that all projects adhere to all technology controls, legal and ethical standards, particularly concerning data privacy, security, and bias mitigation.
• Utilizes the lean agile process and methodologies to work in an agile environment and support the development of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of AI/ML development, enabling effective communication with technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find creative solutions in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate and lead in a rapidly evolving field
