Job Description

As a Data Owner Lead in the Robotics Data & Analytics division, you will be instrumental in promoting the firm's innovation through effective data utilization, while ensuring data quality and protection. You will be responsible for all data related to the product, supporting business objectives, analytics, operations, and reporting. Collaborating with the Product Owner and other leads, you will ensure the product delivers data in line with business quality and safety requirements. Additionally, you will identify necessary data for analytics outcomes, integrate it into analytics platforms, and manage data risks throughout its life cycle.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish strategy to develop and deliver product data to support business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, and metrics and reporting
  • Support Data & Analytics by identifying data required to be integrated into analytics platforms to support product specific analytic projects
  • Identify the scope of critical data within the product area, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented as to its meaning and purpose, and classified accordingly with metadata to enable its understanding and control
  • Deploy new data products/process enhancements, perform data remediation and ensure appropriate data quality controls and monitoring are fully implemented
  • Create data requirements, epics and stories, process flows, mapping documents, and implementation plans
  • Develop processes and procedures to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks for product data, including risks related to data protection, data retention and destruction, data storage, data use, and data quality
  • Develop relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers, including leaders in the Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions.
  • Create strategy ensuring low downtime while data is migrated to new platforms.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of industry experience in a data-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Develop ML models to identify patterns which will help the team with RPA opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Create Tableau dashboards to visualize & communicate your findings to stakeholders.
  • Be able to communicate your findings and insights via storytelling to senior management and key stakeholders, articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences
  • Perform deep dive analytics to understand impact of Bots on performance of Customer Support Specialist & develop recommendations and strategies to maximize process efficiency and reduce time taken to serve the customer.
  • Interact regularly with the product team to understand goals, priorities & play the role of an effective partner to devise strategies with customer focused analysis to realize growth opportunities
  • Leverage segmentation techniques to develop strategies that can be leveraged across the portfolio to improve profitability/ return on investment.
  • Technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, and data architecture
  • Strong technical skills and be comfortable with using SQL, Python, Tableau.
  • Experience with documentation and structuring information in tools like Confluence and Jira

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of Snowflake and other analytic platforms
  • Knowledge of payment products and payment processing
  • Understanding of Agile technological development methodology
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts and product data analytics.
  • MS Degree

Hybrid-60% in office.
