Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations, and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical and operational
  • Maintains Strong focus on risk and controls and manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area
  • Partners with Product Owners (POs), Area Product Owners (APOs), Agility Leads, and Designers to confirm impacts and scope across teams
  • Monitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards and support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
  • Tracking of IT and non-IT work, release Management and communication, and Proactive identification & management of issues
  • Managing product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firm wide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • College degree preferred
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
