Job Description

As “Applied AI ML Associate” in our Strategic transformation Office [STO] team”, while mining, interpreting, and cleaning our data, this person will be relied on to ask questions, connect the dots, and uncover hidden opportunities for realizing the data’s full potential. As part of a team of specialists, the data scientist will “slice and dice” data using various methods and create new visions for the future.

STO is focused on collaborating and partnering with business to deliver efficiency and enhance controls via technology adoption and infrastructure support for Global Finance & Business Management India. The two primary services are solution development and automation assistance for an array of technology tools. In addition to the above said the team partners with business for consulting on technology to foster digital transformation and tech adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & deliver data science solutions to empower businesses to utilize the data insights to build future strategies
• Working with peers and stakeholders to identify use cases and opportunities for Data Science to create value.
• Designing and delivering solutions that are flexible and scalable using the firm’s approved tools.
• Work in a dynamic and, collaborative environment where you will take initiative to resolve ambiguity and occasionally extend into adjacent roles
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings, and can translate this into business implications for our clients
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicating analytical findings to senior leaders through data visualization and storytelling

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 6-7 years of experience in the Data Scientist profile with proven experience leading data-driven projects from definition to execution: defining metrics, experiment design, communicating actionable insights.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; proficiency working with large datasets, data mining, statistical methods, segmentation method, algorithm design and implementation. Ability to analyze large, complex, multidimensional datasets.
• Knowledge of advanced python libraries for analytics & predictive models development (MatPlotlib, Pandas, NumPy, PyQT, NLTK)
• Proven expertise in building the advanced analytics solutions (NLP, predictive Analytics, prescriptive analytics, sentiment analytics, etc.)
• Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work with the team, and manage time and tasks effectively and independently

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Significant experience leading a team of technical individuals, preferably in a global environment.
• High degree of passion for advanced analytics, ability to rapidly learn and apply modern technologies to meet business goals is critical
• Working knowledge on Deep learning algorithms and applications
• Knowledge on Keras, Tensorflow. Pytorch, BeatifulSoup python libraries
• Knowledge of best practices in the field of data & analytics.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills and strong client partnership & stakeholder and project management skills
