Play a critical role in delivering automation solutions across various stakeholders!

As a Business Intelligence Developer - Associate in Business Intelligence team you will primarily be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing the automation solutions by leveraging the Intelligent Automation tools, and in addition, you will be responsible for developing automated test solutions using Selenium, Cucumber, or relevant functional test tools. You will be expected to partner with the relevant stakeholders to implement automation solutions where required.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads development and implementation of Alteryx workflows and Tableau Dashboard design
  • Manages sourcing & consolidation of multiple complex data feeds as input to Tableau Dashboard
  • Develops and delivers multiple Tableau Dashboards
  • Develops automated workflows using Rest APIs/ various data base sources
  • Uses Python/Alteryx for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Manages and deploys Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows to the firm-wide server
  • Engages with stakeholders within the Lines of Business (LoB) to understand and assess requirements to provide designated solutions
  • Provides technical expertise and recommendations in gathering and documenting requirements, analyses customer needs, and dezignes technical solutions
  • Ensures appropriate technical documentation including data modeling is defined and maintained relative to solutions deployed
  • Develops automated testing packs (Cucumber, Selenium) and pipeline design for continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins/Jules)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related stream from accredited institution
  • High proficiency in developing and delivering multiple Tableau Dashboards, Storytelling and Alteryx workflows
  • Ability to articulate technical data concepts and insights, understood by stakeholders with different levels of data literacy
  • Demonstrated experience wrangling large data sets, leading root cause analysis, and translating insights into decisions that had a direct business impact
  • Proficient knowledge in various connecting various Databases using Python/Alteryx/Tableau
  • Experience in Java, Selenium and Cucumber automation experience
  • Familiarity with data science libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for advanced analytics
  • A curiosity to look beyond face value - to get to the bottom of ‘why’ and to answer the ‘so what’
  • Strong communication, collaboration skills with experience engaging with project teams and regional operational teams
  • A passion for your work, that naturally drives others to ‘come on the data journey’ with you
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on competing priorities & Ability to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge across the team
