Job Description

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 18, 2024 and ending June 28, 2024, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within Global Technology.

Our 50,000 technologists span all lines of business– Asset & Wealth Management, Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Banking, Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate Technology, Cybersecurity & Technology Controls, Chief Technology Office, Global Technology Infrastructure, and Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships.

We are looking for technology professionals at the Associate and VP level (3+ years of experience) in our key USA hub locations with previous experience including but not limited to;·

  • Software Engineers - with Java, Spring, .NET, Salesforce, Python, C++, Oracle, AWS & Kubernetes experience
  • UI Engineers - JavaScript, React/Angular & ExpressJS/NodeJS/GoLang & Oracle/SQL
  • Data Analytics
  • Big Data Engineers - Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra
  • Database Management
  • Architecture
  • Agility Leads
  • Business Systems Analysts
  • Project Execution
  • DevOps, Site Reliability and Infrastructure Engineering
  • QA/Test Automation Engineers
  • Applications Support
  • UX Research and Design

You will probably have a background in computer science, preferably in a software engineering role. You will be a creative, innovative team player with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. As a business with an ongoing focus on software development, we would be very keen to hear from you if you have previous Open Source or Object Oriented programming experience with an understanding of agile methodologies.
