Job Description

As a Strategy Support Manager, you will help lead efforts in solving complex problems and implementation of processes critical to the Home Lending strategy. As a Vice President Sales Strategy Support Manager you will be instrumental in the development and execution of key strategies and programs that enhance engagement.

Job responsibilities

  • Actively drives Home Lending sales strategy & productivity by using data, reporting, analysis, insight and transforming that insight into improvements in existing operational processes.
  • Work to build and improve over time a sales and branch ecosystem that allows for easy access to key data elements across Home Lending and the broader organization. Including guiding and supporting management in the successful launch of machine learning models within our existing processes and/or systems
  • You will be responsible for the overall strategy for gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting on key initiatives from idea inception through execution and delivery. In addition to, leveraging AI/ML and other techniques
  • Partners closely with multiple functional groups that support innovation deployment including Sales, Telephony, Work Force Management and Home Lending Client Central (HLCC)
  • Preparation of management presentations & analysis with the ability to present the intelligence and insights gained as well as current challenges and next steps
  • Partnership with Decision Science to develop tactics focused on improving performance by providing visibility on performance trends and establishing meaningful metrics
  • Thought leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad audience are critical skills to influence and keep pace with the evolving Mortgage Banking strategies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Data Modeling and Data Analytics
  • Decision Science, AI and Machine Learning knowledge/experience
  • Experience in customer acquisition, sales operations, branch workforce planning, sales optimization, Salesforce, CRM Tool
  • Strong process design skills and ability to independently translate an end-state vision for lead optimization and distribution into pragmatic execution / well-paced roadmap
  • Robust problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to manage across multiple stakeholders, trade-offs, and constraints to ensure roadmap delivery
  • Business analytics and the ability to represent executive level internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
