About the Team
STR’s Analytics Division develops novel solutions to the most challenging national security problems through advanced analytics. Our teams consist of motivated individuals with degrees in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, and data science. We use our expertise and creativity to take innovative ideas from conception to everyday use by our customers.
The Analysis and Decisions Systems (ADS) Group in the Analytics Division works to help humans make the best decisions possible. We build solutions that make a difference in mission planning, autonomous systems reasoning, and more.
The Role:
Work as part of a tightly knit team to design, develop, implement, and deploy advanced algorithms and software systems. As Predictive Analytics Lead Engineer, provide technical leadership on software development and assist other technical contributors throughout the software lifecycle, from early prototypes to integrated systems. This position is based in either our Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA office, and will take advantage of STR’s flexible, hybrid environment – when the work does not require use of STR’s facilities, you are welcome to work remotely. Currently, we anticipate that you could work remotely as much as 50% of the time.
