Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Adastra's branding program, including, but not limited to:
    • Collaborating with the HR, and Marketing teams, as well as the Adastra Group on branding vision, programs, and campaigns
    • Supporting the creation of HR and Corporate communications and ensuring alignment with branding guidelines, corporate culture, and values
    • Driving the conversion of the target audiences into potential employees through the creation of captivating content
    • Creating and executing campaigns, communications, and other initiatives to retain internal talent and attract qualified external candidates
    • Researching, assessing, and maintaining social media platforms including content, posts, and calendar
    • Continuously analyzing and assessing the branding program and related communications to ensure ongoing efficacy and value
  • Facilitate Adastra's Campus Recruitment Program including, but not limited to:
    • Building and fostering campus relationships and partnerships for brand awareness and recruitment efforts
    • Monitor iCIMS referral requisitions, review and reach out to Nova referrals weekly
    • Conducting end-to-end recruitment of entry-level Consultants:
      • Solicit resource requirements and forecasts
      • Research, propose, organize, and attend campus job fairs, conferences, events, and other functions
      • Explore and utilize various recruitment methods for hiring
      • Advertise job openings via job postings and social media
    • Coordinating co-op programs:
      • Delegate recruitment efforts as needed
      • Co-manage the internal Nova Consultant development and engagement programs
  • Collaborate with Adastra Group entities in all areas relevant to your job duties
  • Support company growth and related projects
  • Conduct HR research and support other HR initiatives as needed
  • Assist the HR team with hosting company events
  • Continuously engage with staff:
    • Educate and promote Adastra’s employee programs
    • Ensure staff are engaged and supported, and solicit feedback
    • Offer support or direct staff to appropriate resources 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years experience in employer branding, recruitment, or a similar HR capacity
  • A proactive, energetic self-starter who can work as part of a team or individually
  • Passionate about content creation
  • University, college or relevant degree in HR, Communications, or related field
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Mastery of the English language in terms of both verbal and written communication skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude for building rapport and maintaining relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proven impact of deliverables to business success

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with areas related to data and analytics, including but not limited to Cloud Technologies and Artificial Intelligence
