The Global team is responsible for building the payment products & infrastructure needed to launch new markets and process payments successfully around the world.
Stripe builds economic infrastructure to grow the GDP of the internet. In the same way we are building the payment infrastructure of the internet, we are now also building the tax infrastructure for the internet. Our goal is to remove the burden of tax compliance for online businesses and enable Stripe to expand and grow in new markets and across new segments.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a foundational new product for Stripe that will be used by the next generation of ambitious online businesses. We’re looking for a data scientist to partner with the Stripe Tax team to help us understand product adoption, test impact of various product decisions and build models to improve accuracy.
