Project Description

The student is expected to carry out computational modeling of electrode architectures of advanced solid-state batteries to guide future experimental work. Such batteries will have high energy density, high power density, and with enhanced rechargeability and safety. The student will follow the guidance of the lead mentor to conduct work virtually but will have opportunity to routinely meet with a group of scientists who are knowledgeable in experimental studies in the same research area.
