We are looking for an experienced ML Software Engineer to join our AI research team in a hybrid role based out of our Somerville, MA office. As a member of the team, you will help bridge the gap between research, software engineering, and production DevOps. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the tools and infrastructure necessary to support the research process and to bring our latest innovations into production. Responsibilities:

• Optimize models and inference pipelines for performance and scale.
• Develop deployable containerized ML
• Develop a set of tools and practices for versioning, validating, deploying, scaling, and monitoring ML services.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to deploy and maintain models and services in production.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language such as Java or C++.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering experience
• 3+ years experience in machine learning and neural networks. Familiarity with the latest NN architectures and popular models.
