Job Description

The Data Quality Specialist will perform audits of the Content, Formatting, and Offshore groups to ensure the efficiency of all processes. Additionally, the individual in this role will verify the quality of reporting and recommend improvements to ensure that greater quality is met, and train team members on the implementation of new processes.

Your Day to Day Essential Duties:

• Perform QCs of project updates that are processed through ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources to ensure that quality is upheld according to ConstructConnect operating standards
• Perform internal studies to assess efficiency of current processes
• Identify areas for quality improvement and further efficiency and train internal and external team members on the implementation of these new processes
• Prepare clear, explanatory documentation to educate internal and external team members regarding new and existing processes
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with all time and quality standards relating to ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources
• Assist markets in all aspects of construction planning, bidding, and post bid processes

What You Bring to the Team:

• Six (6) months of successful experience as ConstructConnect Sr. Content Specialist or Quality
• Twelve (12) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day
• Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings
• Constantly operates a computer
• Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management
• Must be able to analyze detail close-up
