The Digital Innovation Lead (DIL) lead is responsible for developing and delivering a strategic roadmap of digital innovation for USMA. In addition, the DIOS Lead will work across the existing digital innovation and omnichannel infrastructure as a representative of the USOMAG to share and collaborate on best practices and strategies to deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients. You will be responsible for the identification of current opportunities, the curation of solutions, stakeholder management, and ultimately the implementation of solutions across the omnichannel delivery environment. You will work in a cross-franchise environment to ensure USOMA continues to bring innovative, customer-focused solutions to the oncology space. Working in a matrix environment with other medical network colleagues including Medical Excellence, Digital Steering Committee, Medical Franchises, and Global at our Gaithersburg, MD campus.
