Responsibilities

• Detailed documentation of design solutions including end user level translations
• Meet timelines for agreed upon results related to project work and other items assigned
• Document detailed comprehensive records requirements from business units and distinguish between preferred and required practices
• Analyze and detail current system and process flow data from the business unit and collaborate with management team and IT to collect technical and systems requirements
• Consult with business unit management to clarify process needs and current operations
• Use Feith Systems software, Oracle, SharePoint, Jira, database and web based programming languages (such as SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript), and other CNH Industrial systems to design and develop automated storage, workflow, and document delivery solutions engineered to improve efficiencies and reduce operating cost
• Lead the implementation of solutions and consult with both internal and external resources to guarantee timely delivery
• Actively participate in the design and development of solutions for document management and business process management
• Work as a part of the business team to develop requirements and coordinate testing and partner with IT to build and maintain highly customized solutions

This position pays between $20.36 - $33.60/hour.

Qualifications

• Pursing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Software Development, Applied Technology, Computer Science, Technology Project Management, Web Application Development, Application Development, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, Software Systems, or related degree area
