Job Description

As a Sensor Fusion for Assisted Navigation Intern, you will:

• Support concept development for advanced technologies group with primary focus on sensor fusion algorithms for assisted navigation.
• Develop preliminary algorithms to perform extrinsic calibrations of multiple sensors installed on the vehicle and the development of algorithms to fuse intermittent GPS input with perception estimation.
• Participate in the DAQ system definition and realization (type of sensors, sensor characteristics, data format, etc.)
• Support the data collection in the field.
• Support the algorithms development and validation, with an evaluation of the achieved performance, considering also possible influence factors, e.g. environmental conditions.

This position will pay between $19.83-$31.82/hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Vision, Computer Science, Data Science, Agricultural Engineering, or other related degree area.
