Job Description

As the Associate Manager, Data Analytics, you will spearhead and drive the analysis of Stryker’s flagship website and the associated digital marketing initiatives through partnership with global marketing and business teams and your expertise in the Adobe Analytics Product Suite.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate global stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications/analytics tagging strategies to be passed to development teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions and help guide business use cases, business requirements and key performance indicators, and assist as part of a team to deliver against those objectives.
  • Review and analyze data to further supplement the user experience and help zero-in on the most impactful and meaningful areas of potential and provide recommendations for future business optimization.
  • Comfortable interpreting a data schema, querying data, and performing data validation.
  • Works closely with paid social and paid search teams to help drive platform integrations, page optimizations, and support informed content strategy with data provided.
  • Creates relevant performance dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders with the ability to work on ad-hoc fast-paced requests within a timely manner.
  • Understand traffic/acquisition/web analytics and key SEO concepts, specifically as it relates to SEO optimization, as well as experience working to optimize SEO presence through content marketing.
  • Develop relationships at all levels within global digital marketing teams and maintain regular and appropriate communication with them.
  • Help Marketeers further understand and fully utilize product capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing.
  • Create thought leadership and create/build trainings to enable our business partners.
     

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems, Business Engineering Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in using Adobe Experience Tools (Adobe Analytics) and Tag Management Solutions (Adobe Launch) required.
  • Previous data mining and analysis experience required.
  • Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Sites and Assets required.
  • Adobe Analytics Certification preferred.
  • Experience in Google analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience working with multi-channel customer-level data analysis such as pixel, managing cookie drops, managing vendors, etc. preferred.
  • MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience required.
