The Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for conducting ad-hoc analyses, dashboard creation & AI/ML modeling. This individual must possess understanding of data and analytics to drive impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on shifting business needs using SQL, Python, R, and/or Excel
• Build explainable machine learning models to answer complex business problems
• Regularly present to organizational leaders on the insights they uncover
• Create reporting capabilities using PowerBI 
• Take a proactive approach to analytics to suggest the next best steps based on initial insights
• Pull/combine various (sometimes disparate) datasets together accurately and efficiently
• Provide compelling data visualizations that drive business leaders towards data-driven decisions

Our Requirements:

• Basic knowledge about statistics and probability 
• Very good knowledge of the main MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• At least basic knowledge of programming skills in SAS or R
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• High level of responsibility

Posting is closing at March 17th 2023. All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. In the middle of May, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

The internships will start in July and last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. We work in a hybrid scheme, be prepared to work partially office based.
