A day in the life
You have the opportunity to influence and impact builder experience of work at AWS in two ways.

Core is the support and development of the “Voice of the Builder”. Starting with BeXT interactions and the perception and experience of AWS PXT, our goal is a broad understanding of how builders experience work, evidenced through their responses to survey mechanisms across AWS.

The EBE Program team is developing the measures and metrics to identify if we are moving the needle on becoming EBE. You will support the engineering behind this, combining your data mining capabilities with your data visualization skills.

About the team
The EBE Program team sits within Builder Experience (BeXT) in AWS. The team runs two complementary tracks. 1/ develop a deep understand of our builders. We do this through the VoB mechanisms, developing builder personas, building journey maps, and producing deep dive research. 2/ move AWS towards the EBE goal. We do this through a calibrated reporting mechanism, overseeing a portfolio of EBE initiatives across AWS, standing up initiatives where we identify an opportunity, and engaging with builders on what EBE means to them.
