Our research themes include, but are not limited to: unsupervised, selfsupervised and semisupervised methods, active learning and semiautomated data annotation, document OCR and scene text recognition, visual question answering (VQA), document VQA, NLP+vision, extracting tabular data from documents, document understanding, and layout understanding.

We are located in the USA (Seattle, Pasadena, Bay Area), Israel (Haifa and Tel Aviv) and Canada (Vancouver).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with OCR, scene text detection, extraction of structured data such as tables from documents, document understanding, VQA and document VQA models
• Excellent publication record in peer reviewed conferences and journals
• Experience conducting independent research and building computer vision systems.
• 2+ years of experience implementing computer vision or deep learning algorithms in C++, C, Python or equivalent programming languages
• Experience with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet
