In this role you will:

• Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, APIs, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
• Partner with operations/business teams/science/and tech teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements to meet business needs.
• Help drive new initiatives and data integration projects.
• Apply your deep analytic and business intelligence skill to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years of BIE experience in a consumer-facing organization.
• 3+ years of experience in data mining and dataset preparation using SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop or other relevant data visualization software.
• A bachelor's degree in an analytical or business field, or comparable business experience with some technical background.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience leading the design, implementation, and delivery of BI solutions in complex, ambiguous or poorly defined problem spaces.\
• Proven experience leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems.
• Experience with ETL tools.\
• Experience with scripting for automation (e.g. Python, Perl, Ruby).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, SVMs, neural networks.
• Experience working on automated marketing technologies.
• Experience working on advertising solutions.
• Experience working on analytics.
• Experience working with AWS Services, consuming, managing large scale datasets.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
