This is an opportunity to join a marketing operations team dedicated to improving measurable outcomes, and converting today's prospects into AWS customers.

As the Marketing Analyst you will work across the AWS Marketing organization. We are seeking a highly curious, passionate, and data-driven individual who can dive deep to optimize performance and solve problems for stakeholders across the region, while creating bar-raising reporting experiences. This role demands a motivated self-starter who’s able – and wants to – operate in a lean, fast-paced organization that scales quickly. The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth reporting and data background in order to help unlock insights around marketing performance and impact across programs, strategies, and datasets. You will be expected to be an active voice in our leadership discussions as we make decisions on our priorities and goal-tracking based on customer behavior, and business analytics dashboards and analyses that you conceive and create. You should be comfortable operating within and presenting recommendations to an executive audience.

The analyst will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams, data engineering, BI/analytics, and finance teams. The right candidate builds experiences that help marketers unlock insights across levels, geos and verticals, systematically manages a backlog of reporting enhancements and a portfolio of innovative reporting projects, and possesses the proven ability to work effectively and earn trust in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
