customers by pushing the envelope in Automatic Speech Recognition
(ASR) and Conversational AI.

As a member of our AI team in AWS, you will be part of the
technical leadership. You will work alongside internationally
recognized experts to develop cutting-edge algorithms and modeling
techniques to advance the state-of-the-art in a range of speech
and language processing applications. Areas of interest include
noise robustness, end-to-end speech recognition, advanced deep learning

You will drive the development of innovative, scalable scientific

junior and mid-level scientists but also collaborate with product and
engineering leaders to help shape the broader vision for our
services. Your work will directly impact millions of our customers in
the form of products that make use of speech and language
technology. We combine the culture of a startup, the innovation and
creativity of an R&D Lab, the resources of a mature organization, and
technical challenges at the scale of AWS.

You will bring deep expertise in speech recognition, machine learning,
and deep learning to the table. You are familiar with the state of the art in your field.

We offer flexibility in working hours and encourage you to find your own balance between your work and personal lives.

Our senior members enjoy one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews.
