Want to drive the scientific aspects of new AWS service for thousands of cloud customers? We are currently looking for an applied scientist to help us deliver the future of application and network monitoring at AWS. This role is for an external facing AWS service and is a good fit for you if you are passionate about autonomous software systems that transform the way applications and networks are built and operated. You dive deep into data to generate insights that inform the business about what to prioritize. You don't stop at the science and get your work into production. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other STEM program.
• 5+ years of experience with networking protocols and concepts.
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics concepts, techniques and approaches (statistical inference, regression models etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep knowledge of network monitoring.
• Knowledge of recent advances in ML/AI research
