Job Description
The IBM Client Innovation Center is an exciting and innovative consulting unit in the IBM group with a focus on innovation and new ways of working within our customers' digitization journey. We work as a delivery partner for IBM Consulting and our task is to develop solutions within areas such as Data Science, Application Development, Software Development, UX & Design, test and automation, Industry 4.0, agile project management, etc. We are currently well on your way on the journey from start-up to scale-up, and you will therefore become part of a growing young team and a developing organisation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We continuously have vacancies and therefore we welcome unsolicited applications. We hire a lot of recent graduates, but we are just as often looking for more experienced profiles. We have roles within the following business areas:
- Software Development : In this practice you will develop and code exciting IT projects for our customers, while as a consultant you will have a high degree of customer contact. We work both with backend and frontend development and with the latest technologies within IoT, AI Cognitive Computing, Hybrid Cloud, Blockchain etc.
- Data Science & Data Engineering: We employ both Data Scientists and Data Engineers in the team who work with e.g. Machine learning, Advanced Analytics, Cloud and database technology. You will create noticeable business results through building architecture, infrastructure and data pipelines as well as structuring and analyzing large amounts o
- f data, and at the same time putting the solutions into operation in collaboration with our developers.
- Test & Automation: In this team we work on analysis of system landscapes, quality assurance, automation, design of test methods and analysis of tests. We support the dialogue between the IT project and business operations and assist agile teams with regard to quality-controlled work.
- UX & Design: In the UX team you work as the users' lawyer and it is you who ensures that the solution meets the users' expectations, while at the same time that it plays together with business needs and the technical requirements (here you can lean back by our developers). We know that the UX field is broad and we therefore include both the hardcore user researcher, facilitator, interaction designer, UI designer and everything in between.
- Agile, PMO & Change Management: In this team, we work on a number of exciting projects across roles within Agile/Scrum, Project management office and Change management. Regardless of the role, you will work on projects and in teams that are based on agile methods and deliver ground-breaking IT solutions as well as change workflows and organizations. You will be involved in either hands-on optimizing and structuring processes or facilitating the development of and delivering solutions for our customers.
- Business Delivery: We primarily employ IT business consultants, IT business analysts and IT project managers. Regardless of the role, you will get to work with exciting projects for our customers and with understanding their needs and translating them into useful strategies and IT solutions.
