Your Role and Responsibilities
Playing one or more AI technical leadership roles (as below) for successful delivery of AI based business/technical solutions to clients

* Engage with customers as AI Business Analyst to understand their business problems, identify opportunities, and design the corresponding AI based technical solutions with balanced consideration of business value and technical feasibility
* Design and implementation of AI algorithms & models in business solutions as AI Data Scientist, including (but not limited to): Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Graph Computing, Recommendation System and other AI or Machine Learning areas
* Leading a team of technical developers, consultants and subcontractors as AI Project Manager to implement and deploy the AI solutions and achieve expected business outcome of clients
* Understand the market demand and design industry specific business solution offerings with AI technologies as the foundation; work with back-end development team and client facing teams as AI Offering Manager to build, promote and deploy the industry specific AI solution offering in the market.
* Provide consultancy services for AI-based solutions as AI Technical Expert from multiple technical perspectives, including (but not limited to): model accuracy, run-time performance, resource optimization, diagnosis & troubleshooting, fairness, explainability and etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
* Having at least 5 years working experience on implementing & deploying AI business/technical solutions to real world scenarios
* Demonstrated communication skills, learning skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Working experience with Python and other open source ML technologies, data architecture, software development tools, technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark
* Experience in leading a service delivery team with technical developers, consultants and subcontractors to achieve business objectives is a strong plus
* Project experience in building and optimizing Machine Learning algorithms, including deep learning and statistical models for solving real-world problems is a plus
* Project experience in building and optimizing Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), Knowledge Graph, Graph Database or recommendation system is a plus
* Strong knowledge and experiences on using Cloud based AI services API (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure) is a plus
* Knowledge/experience of IBM Watson and other IBM Advanced Analytics technologies is a plus
* PMP certificate or other Project management certificate is a plus
* Team management experiences as a manager or leader is a plus
