Scope of duties:
Data security area:

  • Lead the team of Data Security analysts
  • Act as primary BPO Point of Contact for Data Security GPM
  • Coordinate Privacy and Data security awareness program activities
  • Act as Ops Lead for new data security initiatives
  • Handle daily tasks, questions and consulting from the IP team about regular security issues
  • Owner of BPO training programs and materials related to data security
  • Work with the relevant teams on security logs/reports/controls automation

Access management (area shared with Payroll Helpdesk Specialist/Access Management Coordinator)

  • Take part in access management initiatives and execute access mgmt tasks on daily/monthly quarterly basis as per the agreed process (e.g. quarterly review of accesses)
  • Manage regular and ad hoc access reviews for systems used by BPO Payroll
  • Understand reported data and provide analytical insights to the requested reports and further deep dive analysis if required

Control activities

  • Review, update and management of controls documentation
  • Completing, facilitating and coordination of control activities
  • Planning remediation activities as required

Introduction

As a Data Security Team Leader you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience in similar areas (2-3 years on independent position in a role facing the customers or stakeholders) 
  • Practical understanding of the GDPR regulations
  • Good sense for data security matters (ability to identify data security threats and to point out the possible solutions)
  • Experience in the data analysis and reporting as well as reports automation
  • Extensive familiarity with data management principles and practices, including data management and data security policy
  • Comfortable using standard office software and Database software
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Curiosity and need to understand both the details and the context
  • Quick learner with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Sense of ownership of assigned tasks
  • Fluent command of English that enables clear and concise communication
  • Excellent organization and management of own work
  • Ability to cope with different situations, different requirements, uncertainty and pressure of time

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge of the internal payroll policies and standards as an add asset
