Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Business Consultant at IBM, you will help IBM customers solve some of their most difficult business problems, capitalize on market opportunities, and understand leading technologies and their impact on traditional business processes.

In your role you may be responsible for:
- Learn and acquire consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate technology packages into the client's business environment
- Translating the customer's business needs into business requirements and participating in the creation of solutions to increase business value
- Work with clients to refine or develop their business strategy in an agile, collaborative environment
- Development of solutions for the digitization and automation of document-centric processes through AI-based technology within a team
- Migration and operation of cloud solutions using the latest technology
- Transfer of technical and professional responsibility for project sub-areas
- Support in establishing and maintaining customer relationships

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Analytical thinking skills
- Technology affinity
- Preferably knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, VBA)
- Experience in dealing with cloud technologies
- Working independently, high motivation, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good or good knowledge of English
