Your Role and Responsibilities
As an AWS Connect Developer, you are responsible to develop solutions involving research and integration of best practices to configure and manage an Amazon Connect Workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an IVR solution for AWS Connect using AWS Lambda & AWS Machine Learning (ML) services.
• Develop IVR applications using AWS services – Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda and Dynamo DB services.
• Demonstrate programming skills in Java and NodeJS.
• Manage Roles & Users.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT industry
• 1-2 Implementation experience in AWS Connect
• Solid experience in developing IVR applications using AWS services – Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda and Dynamo DB services
• Expertise in programming skills in Java and NodeJS.
• Programming skills in python is preferred
• Proven communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn new skills, be flexible and take full ownership of the assigned tasks
