Your Role and Responsibilities

Account Technical Leader (ATL) is the technical leader for major account(s) that oversees IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI agenda at the client.

  • You will play the overall Technical Architect role for enterprise account(s) and could lead or collaborate among various technical, services, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • You should have an interest in and some understanding of the tech industry and technology solutions and could demonstrate experience serving multi-national companies by collaborating among worldwide teams.
  • You should have good technical skills in some of the portfolio, such as Hybrid Cloud, Database, Middleware, Security, AI, Container Platform, and Infrastructure, and could lead the Minimum Viable Project (MVP), Proof of Concept (PoC), Solution Demonstration or Technical Workshops to drive for new technical initiatives.
  • You should be initiative-taking, collaborative, and an initiative-taker and will play a direct role in driving and growing market share among those major accounts.

Preferred Location: Denver, CO.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Engineering relevant discipline is expected 2+ years of working experience in IT solution design and/or application development. Candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Good understanding of IT solution, preferably with experience in technology industry solutions
  • Must have Pre-sales Technical Experience to collaborate with Sales to achieve business goals.
  • Quick Learner to pick-up IBM or industry or open-source solution know-how and to understand the value proposition of our offerings to address client business pain-points.
  • Astute in presenting to and conversing with customers; ability to deliver technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Master’s degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Engineering relevant discipline is preferred.
  • 5+ years of working experience in IT solution design and/or application development. Candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Excellent understanding of IT solution, preferably with experience in technology.
