Job Description

The Director, MSQ Digital Change Lead will be responsible for handling MSQ Q&C Application and Maintenance, identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and driving the implementation of Digital Use Cases, strategic development, and implementation of Master Data Management of Process Taxonomy, and directing a team responsible for partnering across MSQ to support data visualization and digital automation. The role will also lead efforts to grow digital foresight and digitization of processes and systems within MSQ and R&D Quality. The role requires positive relationship management with multiple Business Partners.

Experience and Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service as Product Group Leader for MSQ Q&C Digital Assets (GMS Metrics and future iterations, NC CAPA for Medical Safety, Risk Management Tools for Medical Safety)
  • Establish the Digital Change Business Lead role
  • Identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and driving implementation of Digital Use Cases.
  • Develop positive relationships across R&D Quality and Business Partners
  • Strategic development and implementation of Master Data Management of Process Taxonomy and integration into core Q&C applications
  • Leading team responsible for partnering across MSQ to support data visualization (QLIK, Tableau dashboard and reports) and digital automation (N Printing development, RPA etc) within MSQ
  • Developing approaches to improve digital acumen and digital transformation of MSQ

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 10 years or more of work experience working with Quality management system data and systems
  • Proven track record to grow organizational digital capabilities through digital change and system implementations
  • Confirmed experience with master data management (5 years or more)

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with budget, resource management and capacity planning preferred
  • Experience with implementation of Intelligent Automation/Digital Experience/Data Science projects
  • Process excellence certification (e.g. SixSigma, LEAN, or DEX green or black belt)

Other:

  • Strong leader with the ability to establish clear strategy that can inspire others to deliver and influence to motivate change across the organization
  • Proven track record of collaboration, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and across sophisticated ecosystems
  • This position is anticipated to have 10% travel between domestic and international flights
  • Exceptional communications skills (including encouraging teams, and presenting to senior executives)
  • The anticipated salary of this position will be between $145,000 to $215,000
