Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a(n) Lead, Dashboard Visualization. This position is located in Raritan, NJ. Candidates will be considered in North America and Brazil. This position may require up to 25% travel (domestic and international).

We are embarking on a major strategic transformation of our Cyber data analytics, automation and intelligence over the next 3 years. This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of our J&J Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization who will work at the intersection of business strategy, human-centred design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery.

The ISRM Data Analytics & Visualization Lead will shape and engineer advanced data visual dashboards to enrich our ISRM leaders and organizations with smart, dynamic and visual insights. The candidate will own, hands-on the full solution product life cycle. It includes internal and external partner's engagement, data architecture alignment, to shape the product vision / capability / technology evolution, to own and deliver the product projects and to ensure solid continuous Dev/OPS. The candidate will pay continuous attention to enhance the product delivered business value, user experience and capabilities while optimizing its full costs and technical reliability / simplicity.

This exciting and unique role is bridging 2 key domain expertise’s:

• The ISRM world with cyber data like network security, end point security, app security, vulnerability DB, SIEM's, identity and authorization management. The data will also include ISRM project portfolio, workforce, financials.
• The data visualization world: ingesting and blending data from multiple sources, developing advanced SQL/noSQL queries to enrich it / and designing stunning visual design to turn obscure data sets into beautiful, insightful and effective products.

Specific responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with her/his internal key cyber security & ISRM business & IT partners to empathize with their strategic, tactical and analytical needs, with a special focus on the following teams: Cyber Security Operations, Network Security, End Point Security, Identity and Access Management, IT Risk Management, Cyber Architecture & Vulnerability Assessments, Business Risk Management, PMO.
• Partners with other Cyber Security Product Owners, Security / Data Architects & Data Engineers to identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies, products and data integrations / engineering, automation and analytics ecosystem.
• Build and maintain her/his visual solutions & data stack, translating user stories from the backlog into working code, using modern design patterns and architectural principles
• Write code that is high quality, well documented, and efficient and is easy to maintain and update
• Drive testing and deployment of software solution, including ensuring automated testing to ensure solution quality
• Improve operational efficiency by developing additional automation tools and scripts (e.g., CI/CD automation)
• Engineer & build solid data queries, blending, curating and filtering multiple data sources.
• Maximise the power of advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, natural language processing to further automate and enrich the data flows and concrete insights.
• Develop & monitor solid project case, plans, business partner engagements, implementation timelines, training and deployment schedules relating to her/his products.
• Clearly articulate and monitor her/his product(s) net value vs costs. Seeks opportunities and efficiencies through strategic decisions that affect cost and quality, seeking the most cost-effective operation of the environment while maintaining appropriate levels of compliance and security
• Define & prioritize her/his products key capabilities backlog and handle related customer expectations / timelines.
• Delivers quality work and outstanding customer service in a high-pressure, fast paced setting to meet company needs.
• Ensure full compliance with external and internal data privacy, system documentations, data life cycle and security guidelines.
• Responsible for key vendor & customer relationships across the platforms and services. Set up and monitor clear product SLA, measurable performance, product health monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Have agreed business continuity plan, data archiving / disaster recovery / system capacity strategy & related operational procedures.
• Ensure solid Agile DEV/OPS governance & support management of her/his products, solid knowledge management, unit / user acceptance testing, smooth orchestration and continuously monitoring. Improve the product reliability, patching and technology life cycles.
• Partner with Legal / Privacy / Internal Audit teams when needed to meet related needed product / data requests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required, or equivalent years of experience in a comparable role with a demonstrable track record of successful experiences is required
• An advanced degree in IT is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience is required, with at least 3 years in developing complex portfolio of work, engineering advanced SQL data queries and data visualization solution on Tableau
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Experience within highly regulated GxP or SOx environment is required
• Strong presence, influencing, collaboration, information-sharing and organizational skills is required
• Intermediate skills, verbal and written, in English communication is required
• Ability to work independently, in fast paced environment and prioritize in parallel while managing expectations is required
