This position will work closely with various Supply Chain partners including but not limited to Planners, Manufacturing Plant Data Leads, Vision SC Partners. You will be the subject matter expert for business critical data and the interdependencies of data crossing multiple systems while living into JNJ'S Digital strategy building capabilities in foundational data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify, develop, and deploy opportunities for planning improvements centered around data and analytics in partnership with Base Business Planning teams and IT.
• As the data & analytics lead you will ensure OMP Master Data and Plan Specific ERP/ EMS Data is of high quality and consistency using Data Quality Reports and Analytics, collaborating with the planning partners for resolution.
• Ensure the OMP Data Maintenance (Data Manager) is consistent with SLA alignment and aligned with Planners standard work.
• Lead and deliver ERP Data mass maintenance for Plan specific data applying appropriate tools to ensure quality and compliance
• Responsible to ensure Vision ERP’s have harmonized materials and hierarchy to maintain consistency between EMS and OMP.
• Facilitate and maintain data maintenance tools and templates for timely data collection and entry for new product and existing materials.
• Lead data parameter review and renewal sessions with the planning teams to ensure accurate and consistent data in the ERP and planning systems to deliver a complete E2E Plan.
• Accountable to ensure the Data Quality Testing library is meeting ongoing business requirements to enable a high quality and consistent data set in ERP
• Responsible for data mining, transformation, visualization to partner with the Plan community for ongoing business analytics needs.

Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.

Required:

• A minimum 6 years of relevant work experience required; focus in Data Management or Supply Chain Planning preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and OMP+
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms

Preferred:

• Relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector / cross-industry experience
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems deploys, specifically OMP technology
• Ability to handle large data sets leveraging tools like SQL, Altryx and Tableau
• Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging standard methodologies. Strong influencing role in crafting the journey for future of PLAN

Other:

• LEAN and/or Six Sigma and APICS certifications prefered.
• Ability to travel domestically 20% of the time
