Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Integration:

• Partner with various teams and functions to understand difficulties and opportunities, analyze current workflows and translate business needs into actionable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to define and document data, rules, and criteria for AI/ML solutions.
• Analyze processes and proposed technology solutions for opportunities to simplify and/or standardize.

Technology Expertise:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and process automation technologies.
• Identify potential digital tools and platforms that align with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.
• Measure solution use and define ways to grow adoption/success.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Effectively lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams with varied perspectives, including business users, IT, data scientists, and engineers.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and solutions to leaders and partners clearly and persuasively.
• Champion digital initiatives and build excitement by showcasing their impact on efficiency, effectiveness, employee experience, and decision-making!

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferred, Master's degree a plus

Required Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business environments, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Software projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address intricate challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Rapid Value Realization, Design Thinking, and / or Six Sigma Green Belt / Design Excellence experience
• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager a plus
• Experience with Jira or other Requirement Tracking software
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management
• Familiarity with regulated industry, MedTech a plus
• Data Science/Analytics, Project Management and/or Six Sigma certifications

Other:

• This role may be located in any primary MedTech R&D centers in the US (Cincinnati, OH; Irvine, CA; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Raritan, NJ), with up to 10% domestic and international travel
• The anticipated base pay for this role is $104,000 to $166,750
