Robotics & Digital Solutions, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies is recruiting for a Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager – Monarch. This position can be based out of Raritan NJ., or Redwood City CA.

Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creation of dashboards and other analytical tools in PowerBI, PowerApps, and Tableau.
• Maintain and improve existing dashboards and tools in line with changing business requirements.
• Build agile data flows to combine data sources from across our Data Ecosystem.
• Maintain and update data and records within CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist commercial teams in deriving relevant insights from data and disseminate them throughout the organization.
• Work alongside the commercial organization to support administrative tasks in SFDC and SAP related to sales/sales operations.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MS/MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8+ years of business experience.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial analytics-heavy roles. These could be in Sales / Marketing and/or related functions, such as Finance, Commercial Excellence or Analytics.
• Hands-on analytics experience using PowerBI/Tableau and the ability to build simple dataflows using Dataiku/Alteryx or Python. Experience with other data/analytics technologies (e.g. SQL, PowerApps) is a plus.
• Ability to find pragmatic solutions for the business with a laser focus on business outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to express insights in a succinct and impactful way.
• The ideal candidate will bring experience in collaborating effectively with IT to ensure alignment of technology and scalability of successful analytics solutions.
• Proven track record of working in complex environments where a high degree of collaboration and initiative is needed.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; tenacity to learn, analyze, and resolve complex situations.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience using and deriving insights from CRM (SFDC) and ERP (SAP) systems.
• Experience in the medical device, hospital specialty, or healthcare field.

Other:

• This role will be based out of our Raritan NJ or Bay Area CA facilities and may require up to 30% travel (international and domestic)
• The anticipated base pay range for this role is $111,000 to $192,050
• For candidates located in the Bay Area CA., the anticipated base pay range is $128,000 to $220,915
