Job Description

This position will play a meaningful role in the DMLI leadership team, helping the team to complete strategic priorities consistently and with high quality. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a wide range of projects. This role is designed to bring efficiency, process, and standardization to the organization. The ideal candidate would possess strong engineering project management savvy.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management
• Excellent project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Distinctive data and business analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, and proactive, can quickly (real-time) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Financial management, specifically budget planning, accrual accounting, and reconciliations.
• Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences, and highly effective at building trust and interpersonal connections.
• Demonstrated success influencing at all levels of the organization.
• Comfort navigating and leading through ambiguity and change.
• Curious, flexible, creative strategic thinker, fast learner.
• Has a “can-do” attitude in all situations; no task is too big or too small to handle.
• Ability to act quickly and accurately on time-sensitive projects.

• - Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to partners, Identify trends and patterns in data to help inform business decisions.
• - Drive the annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises. Includes the coordination, planning, execution, and accountability to follow-up of these sessions.
• - Drive accountability and execution of the operational rhythms of the org and improve the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• - As a leader in the organization, set a positive example by demonstrating the values and behaviors you want to see in the culture. Be approachable and accessible to team members.

- Be responsible to identify cultural areas for improvement and turn them into action. Could include but is not limited to team surveys, training, communication, transparency, inclusion & diversity.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any analytical, quantitative or technical field (engineering, math, computer science, finance or similar), or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

• MBA is a plus.
• 5 years working experience in a high tech company.
• Knowledge of machine learning or data is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
